WE'LL SET A TIME FOR YOUR REVEAL AND ORDERING SESSION WITHIN A WEEK OF YOUR SHOOT DATE. THAT WILL BE WHEN YOU SELECT WHICH IMAGES YOU WANT TO PURCHASE AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE (AND AS WELL ART IF DESIRED). FROM THERE, EXPECT ABOUT 10-12 WEEKS FOR YOUR FINAL DELIVERABLE ITEMS (OUR BOXES AND ALBUMS ARE HANDCRAFTED).
after your shoot
On the morning of your shoot, you’ll arrive fresh-faced and we’ll go over the day ahead: which looks will happen when, your final wardrobe selections (from both our closet and what you’ve brought), and how we’ll be doing your hair and makeup.
Next up — sit back, relax, and get your pamper on in the hair and makeup chair. before you know it — it’s time to shine.
Lindsey will step you through posing from head-to-toe with each look — you don’t need to worry about a thing, including where to put your hands or where to look. Throughout the rest of your session time we’ll change wardrobe, touch up your hair and makeup, and shoot away. By mid-afternoon you’ll be on your way to conquer the rest of the day feeling confident and beautiful.
What does the day of your portrait session look like?
You and Lindsey will go over all the details, from the mood of your photos to your wardrobe selections and hair and makeup vibe. Your shoot is 100% customizable — we’ve constructed one-of-a-kind accessories and wardrobe pieces for our clients, so whatever you can dream up is a possibility (bring on the tulle and silk!). Insecurities are safe here, too: we know everyone feels self-conscious about something, and we’ll do everything we can to make you feel comfortable and radiant on your shoot day.

Our portrait sessions take place in our St. Louis studio, and include a pre-shoot consultation (we'll brainstorm the perfect wardrobe and look), professional hair and makeup, and Lindsey’s guidance on posing and feeling comfortable in front of the camera throughout the shoot.
Our clients typically spend an average of $3000-$5000 on their portraits. This includes your session fee, digital copies of your selected images, and printed heirloom quality keepsakes.
